Patient Billing

We deliver the finest care at a reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept payment by check or cash only. You may also send us payments through your online banking or HSA accounts. We will assist you with documents needed for HSA/Flex plan claims. 

If you have a Dental Insurance Plan, we will file the primary claim for you, coordinate secondary insurance claims, and then send a bill for the balance. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

After your dental examination, a treatment plan with estimated costs will be provided. This will allow you to plan for dental expenses in your budget.  If you have dental insurance, we will send out a request for Pre-Authorization to your plan for the procedures you and Dr. Patricoski have discussed. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. We can make arrangements for a payment plan but this must be done prior to starting treatment.  Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
